Received my order in 10 days.

That was my first order with GBN and it was a test order. All the process since placing the order then communication with customer support was great and I can recommend gbnstore to anyone who wants a reliable supplier.

1st order for Ninja, with about 7 friends waiting

so I did my first order just now! I must say, that i've been doing as much research on these guys (GBN) and the products they are selling as much as I can. so far, their customer service has been great. I would say an average of 12 hours reply back to my questions, and I had plenty.

There is a lot riding on this order, not just for me (but i'm hella broke so it was hard pressing the "pay" button) but i have about 3 friends that are waiting on the outcome of my first order. AND they have a few friends that are waiting for me too. Some are waiting on how the ordering process (as far as receiving the product) to the quality of the product, to my 3rd order and product use! The reason they gave me for waiting so long was that: usually the first 2 orders goes through and the products are legit, but by about the 3rd order, I: 1) won't get anything or 2) fake products.

This will be a challenge for everybody, also because I live in the middle of the ocean (aloha )
I WILL however keep everyone posted on this board, AND another board(s) that i'm a member of.

hey guys new to the forum and this is my first review of an online supplier so I will do my best and take it easy on me. I just wanted to give an un-biased oppinion/review of this company for anyone thinking of doing business with them. I know how it feels to trust companies with your hard earned money.

I placed my order on june 30th, money was recieved within 24 hours and soon after my order was semi-shipped. So for the first part of my order it all was very quick and i recieved the first package 2 days before the expected delivery date. It took a while to get the second portion shipped. i recieved an email on monday saying it had been shipped. so i expect that in 1-2 weeks. I was getting very nervous on how long it was taking my second portion (the actual gear) to be shipped. But the customer service at GBN was top notch. The answered all my emails within a day of me sending mine and answered all my questions. They assured me that everything was on track and they were right. I expected there to be some delays and snags dealing with international ordering and i suggest anyone new to it to go in with the same attitude and be patient.

If anybody is still doubtful that this is a legit company then i suggest maybe trying a small order out first. then go larger when you feel more comfortable. As for my first experience i am satisfied and i will report back in when i recieve the rest of my order.

I have been a customer for well over 15 years

I have been a customer for well over 15 years and I have never had a negative experience with them. I am 52 year old male who has been using gear since I was 21 years old. I have not had one issue with the product that Tom and his crew put out. I have tested every bottle and never watered down and always top notch quality. Tom and his crew have always responded timely and respectfully. If you are new to using gear or just want general advice, you will not get judged and you will get informative information on what your inquiring about. Over the course of the 15 years I have been using GBN, I have only had one shipment get seized and GBN immediately rectified the issue and resent without any additional issues. Packages are shipped perfectly. By far the best that I have used. I personally spot test the products that I purchase from GBN. Every single product that has been purchased has tested 100% legit.
